The BCI operates through 11 ministries organized under the acronym P.O.W.E.R. of P.R.A.Y.E.R.

Prayer Ministry

Prayer ministry is a ministry that serves the members of the church and outside the church through prayer.

Outreach Ministry

The outreach ministry aims to share the Word of God to identified communities, plant churches, and support daughter churches.

Worship Ministry

Also called “Gratitude”, the worship ministry is BCIM’s Music Team leading worship through music every Sunday composed of worshippers using their God-given gifts to serve the Lord.

E-12 Ministry

The Discipleship Ministry Is the heart of BCI  Marikina and San Mateo in the fulfillment of its vision in raising a generation of disciplers.

Relationship Ministry

The relationship ministry is composed of groups organized based on members' life roles and seasons. These groups are A’MEN-Approved Men of God, WOW-Women on Worship and WILL-Women In Love with the Lord, YES, and CARE.

Promotions Ministry

The promotions ministry provides the link between the Church and the physically distant members and friends and the world, made possible by the maximum use of the information and communications technologies. It maintains the Church's social media presence and website.

Resources Ministry

The resources ministry stewards the funds of BCI Marikina & San Mateo. Its processes include collection, investment/disbursement, banking, petty cash fund, capital asset, and loan  management.

Agape Ministry

The agape ministry is in charge of the preparation and serving of food during Worship Service's fellowship.

Yield Ministry

The yield ministry is in charge of the stewardship of the church vehicle and takes care of the church members’ transportation needs during Sunday service and other church activities.

Events Ministry

The events ministry creates happiness for people of all ages, everywhere. It aims to inspire and nurture the human spirit among the members through events.

Repair and Maintenance Ministry

The repair and maintenance ministry sees to it that the facilities in the church are in working condition.  They do preventive and reactive maintenance of the building and its parts, electricity, plumbing, etc.
